Every single type of Camo Regrowth Bloon in BTD6

A Camo Regrow Bloon, often shortened to Camgrow Bloon, is a type of bloon with combinations of Camo and Regrow properties. Like the two name-sake properties it does have, it applies to non-MOAB-class bloons, from Red Bloon to Ceramic Bloon. Popping Camo Regrow Bloons pops into Camo Regrow Bloons below it, although the Camo Regrow Red statistically is almost identical to a regular Camo Red. These types of bloon appear in BTD5, BTD Battles, Bloons Monkey City, BTD6, BATTD, Bloons Pop!, BTDB2, as well as all of their mobile counterparts.

In Bloons TD Battles 2, the option to send Camo Regrow Bloons is unlocked at Round 12, which costs 3.2x the normal amount (compared to 1.6x and 2.0x for individual Camo and Regrow properties).

Bloons TD Battles 2[]

Mirrors the even rounds in a standard game of Bloons TD 6.

Camo Regrow Bloons can be sent starting from Round 12, and has a cost modifier of 3.2x, being the multiplicative product of Camo and Regrow properties separately. If Agent Jericho or Highwayman Jericho Level 4+ or 7+ is present, the multipliers are reduced; at full discount, the modifier cost is reduced to 1.95x. If Level 4+ Star Captain Jericho is present, Camo Regrow Bloons regenerate quicker, and Level 7+ Star Captain Jericho also boosts movement speed of Camo Regrow Bloons.

Natural Rounds up to Round 50:

  • Round 18: 140 Pink, 20 Camo Regrow Green
  • Round 24: 10 Regrow Pink, 60 Camo Regrow Purple, 40 Rainbow, 6 Fortified Ceramic
  • Round 35: 120 Camo Regrow White, 200 Rainbow, 4 MOAB
  • Round 37: 50 Ceramic, 60 Fortified Ceramic, 25 Camo Regrow Fortified Ceramic, BFB
  • Round 45: 50 Camo Regrow Fortified Lead, 3 DDT (contains 4 Camo Regrow Ceramics each)
  • Round 50: BAD (contains 3 DDTs, which contains 4 Camo Regrow Ceramics each)

Camo Detection[]

Given that Camo Regrow Bloons have camo properties due to hybridizing Camo and Regrow properties, camo detection rules apply for Camo Regrow Bloons too; if a tower can affect Camo Bloons then they can affect Camo Regrow Bloons too.

Trivia[]

  • A player in BTD Battles can send out Camo Regrowth MOAB-class bloons, although the MOAB-class bloons will not have any camo or regrow effect. Its non-zeppelin children will, however.
    • This is not the case in BTD Battles Mobile.
    • In BTD Battles Mobile, they are coded to be immune to the Camo and Regrow properties. If this part of code is removed, thus removing this "immunity", camo-regrow Z.O.M.G.s become possible to send. In this case, camo-regrow B.F.B.s popped from a camo-regrow Z.O.M.G.s will regrow up to a Z.O.M.G., thus making, if possible, a camo-regrow Z.O.M.G. the most powerful rush in the game.
  • Camo-Regrow Reds have become a joke/meme among players in which they say it's the most overpowered rush in the game. In reality, they are no stronger than a Camo Red because Red bloons only has one layer, so the regrowth property will have no effect. In fact, a Camo Regrow Red is actually weaker than a Camo Red because the Regrowth property makes them larger and thus easier to hit, effectively being useless to use. In particular, it would be a total waste of money to send Camo Regrow Reds in Bloons TD Battles.
    • A single Camo Regrow Red appears on Round 5 in Alternate Bloon Rounds, referencing this meme.
    • Occasionally, the BFB boss fight in Bloons Pop summons a fortified camo regrow red, also referencing this meme.
  • In BTD5, the only rounds with camo regrowth bloons are rounds 62 and 82; in both cases, they are camo regrowth rainbows.
    • In BTD6, a lot more rounds have camo regrowth bloons, those being rounds 36, 48, 62, 67, 70, 74, 90, and 95.
  • In BTDB2, it is impossible to have a Bloon Send that directly sends Camo Regrow Reds, as the option to directly send Reds disappear by the time that the Camo property is unlocked, and therefore also the hybridized Camo Regrow property.
  • After round 81, regrow property gets useless upon freeplay rules, which makes all regular bloons spawn only one children. However, some rounds beyond round 80 still spawns camo regrow bloons. (83 - ABR Only, 90, 95, 126, and 163, except DDT's children)
    • Rounds 101+ don't contain any regrow bloons any more(except for DDT's children).
