Packed MOAB-class

Packed MOAB-class is a term given to a group of densely packed MOAB-class. Unlike Bloon Rushes, which only refer to non-MOAB-class bloons, Packed MOAB-class does not give money to hits of the MOAB-class group, and require more hits to destroy such blimps. Such rushes can appear very late in the game, and are capable of spawning mass Bloon Rushes after the destruction of the blimp layers.

Appearances

Packed MOAB-class can appear in the very late rounds, especially if over Round 90 in BTD5. They appear much more often on tiles with Packed MOAB or Packed BFB tiles. Packed MOAB-class can also be made by the spawned children of a ZOMG, BFB or BAD.

Packed MOAB-class may appear in some Random Challenges where bloon ranks are raised, such that Ceramics turn into MOABs. They will also appear in Mastery Mode, such as in Round 63, Round 76 and Round 78, where there are 122 MOABs in Round 63, 60 MOABs in Round 76 and 147 MOABs in Round 78.

Occasionally, later ZOMG or DDT tiles in Bloons Monkey City are able to consist packed MOAB or packed BFB, but they usually appear in smaller groups with larger spacing. For instance, a group of 4-8 BFBs or 10-30 MOABs can be spotted alone on rounds 25-29 in BMC, even though you are playing ZOMG or DDT tiles. As these bloon groups appear instead of a single ZOMG or grouped DDTs, there might be no ZOMGs or just one in that round.

Here are the bloon groups that can replace a ZOMG in Bloons Monkey City, except for the last round.

• Dense Packed Rainbow Bloons (At least 100+, may also appear with camo and/or regrowth properties and these groups can occur more frequently on Fast & Furious and Cluster Chaos)
• Dense Packed Ceramic Bloons (At least 50+, may also appear with camo and/or regrowth properties and these groups can occur more frequently on Fast & Furious, Hard & Heavy, and Cluster Chaos)
• Grouped MOABs (10-30 MOABs with small spacing, but less dangerous than Packed MOAB tiles and these groups can occur more frequently on Fast & Furious and Cluster Chaos)
• Grouped BFBs (4-8 BFBs with small spacing, but less dangerous than Packed BFB tiles and these groups can occur more frequently on Hard & Heavy and Cluster Chaos)
• DDTs (Up to 18 DDTs can occur in a single round in Flash, but Mobile can only consist up to 6-7 DDTs in a single round, could be only spawned on eligible bloon strategies: Camo Craziness, Camo Regrow Pain, Fast & Furious, DDT)

On BTD6, packed ZOMG and packed DDT may also appear after round 100 and it also appears on pre-determined rounds.

• Packed ZOMG: Round 103 (10 FZOMGs), Round 108 (9 ZOMGs, 10 FZOMGs), Round 111 (22 ZOMGs, 9 FZOMGs), Round 131 (18 FZOMGs)
• Packed DDT: Round 106 (66 DDTs, 27 FDDTs), Round 118 (30 FDDTs), Round 126 (99 DDTs), Round 128 (39 FDDTs), Round 138 (81 FDDTs, 45 DDTs)

• "Packed MOAB" and "Packed BFB" are both confirmed terms from Bloons Monkey City, but "Packed MOAB-class", "Packed ZOMG", and "Packed DDT" are just a term coined by fans.
