Razor Rotors is the third upgrade on the first path for the Heli Pilot. It allows the Heli Pilot's blades to hit bloons on contact, popping them. It can also pop Lead Bloons and Frozen Bloons.

Trivia
- Using Target Priority: Pursuit can sometimes render this upgrade useless, because the Heli Pilot generally flies beside the track. It sometimes hovers over, and damage MOAB-Class Bloons while in Pursuit mode.
- This is somewhat fixed in BTD6, making the upgrade more effective.
