Whats wrong? I want the paper background to fill up the whole userpage. How can I change the background longer?

I don't see you doing anything wrong in the contribution, so I'm not sure what the source of the problem is.

I don't mean I think there was a problem in my contribution. I mean, is there a problem in this code? How can I make the length of the background longer?
OK, anyways the min-height
value limits the minimum height, not the maximum height, i.e. the height should never go below the value, but the maximum height isn't affected with the value.
